By making a purchase in our online studio, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of purchase, described below. We recommend reading them carefully and only completing the purchase if you agree.
Intellectual Property
All visual material contained on our website, such as logos, graphics, images, texts, illustrations, photographs, video clips and flash animations, among others, is the exclusive property of JORGEANE MOREIRA and may not be reproduced, copied, published, transmitted, sold, distributed or modified without the prior express and formal authorization of JORGEANE MOREIRA.
All JORGEANE MOREIRA customers, upon purchasing the product, fully grant the rights to their images and photographs while wearing the brand's products, whether or not they tag the brand's social media profiles, and exclusively accept that these may be published on our website, social media, promotional material, and other uses, without restriction.
All designs and product patterns of the JORGEANE MOREIRA brand are the exclusive property of the brand and may not be reproduced, copied, sold, distributed, marketed for promotional purposes, or rented, either directly or indirectly, without the prior express and formal authorization of the JORGEANE MOREIRA brand.
All products bearing this brand are for personal use only and cannot be sold commercially. If your company wishes to make a wholesale purchase for resale in physical stores, online, and/or through representatives, or for inventory and commercial and/or promotional use, you must formalize this request officially to complete the purchase and obtain the express and formal authorization of the JORGEANE MOREIRA brand.
Should such violations of Intellectual Property occur, our legal department may take legal action against individuals and companies so that the necessary legal measures can be taken.
Regarding shipping
Typically, purchases made with credit cards are authorized within 48 business hours. Only after payment confirmation does the production process for your product begin.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Delivery time
All deliveries will be made by the Post Office (Sedex, TAM, AZUL, PAC).
Our delivery time consists of the production time of the item, plus the estimated delivery time provided by the postal service.
**Deliveries via PAC have an estimated delivery time, as according to the Post Office's policy, the delivery time may vary and the Post Office does not guarantee delivery within the minimum time frame indicated at the time of shipping cost simulation.**
Note: Embroidered, personalized, and custom-made items will have an increased production time.
The delivery times above vary depending on the shipping address and will be provided more precisely during the purchase process.
- Urgent requests, when authorized by the company, may be sent up to the date of the event in question, via the method decided by the company, whether by land or air, regardless of the shipping method paid for by the customer;
Exchanges
- The merchandise must be sent via the Post Office to the address: Jorgeane Moreira, P.O. Box 1510, Uberlândia-MG, ZIP Code: 38408-975, with the tracking code being previously communicated through our official contacts, available on the website;
The customer must send a brief written report via email describing the alleged defect, including the purchase order number.
- Return the product in its original packaging, with labels and seals intact, showing no signs of use, washing, or any other modification, and with all accompanying accessories.
- If you have requested any of our models in sizes and colors different from those displayed on our website, making it completely customized in your measurements and colors, only the exchange rules apply.
We do not exchange products purchased on sale.
- If you ordered your custom product in terms of model, size, and color through our online atelier, received it, and believe there is a defect, you may request an analysis and exchange if your case meets the specifications below.
Because we are an online atelier, we produce products on demand and in a personalized way in terms of style, size, and color. After payment for the purchase order, the production management team immediately begins production, cutting and sewing the selected pieces. Therefore, each order becomes personalized for each client.
Report Favorable to Exchange
The customer will receive a replacement product of the same model at the original address as soon as the new shipping cost is credited.
- If the same model or color is unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose another model or color from the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit;
- If the product requires adjustment(s), these will be made to the item purchased by the customer, as it was custom-made;
If there is a price difference between the chosen product and the product being claimed, the difference must be paid.
Report Against the Exchange
The product will be returned without the right to a replacement as soon as the new shipping cost is charged.
Reasons for disapproval:
- Absence of defect (no damage found as reported by the customer);
- Indications of improper use of the product;
Evidence of accidental damage;
Natural wear and tear due to use;
- Improper washing of the product.
- All shipments and reshipments (resulting from exchange requests) will only be carried out upon full payment of the amount and availability, without any transactional restrictions via intermediaries such as banks and online financial agents;
The company is not responsible for incorrect delivery address information provided by the buyer.
Before finalizing your purchase, carefully check all the information. Be aware that any errors or incomplete address information may result in delays or delivery failures, requiring payment of a new shipping fee for resending.
- After placing your order, if you wish to correct the delivery address, please contact us by email, or through our VIP service via WhatsApp (34) 99905-3628 within 24 hours;
- When announced, the free shipping promotion (invalid for international destinations) and clearance sale is valid for an indefinite period and subject to termination without prior notice, and cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discount coupons.
